ALL SOUP

Microwave

Cook on full power for around 2 minutes, stir, then heat for around another minute.  Check that the soup is piping hot before serving, and enjoy!

Hob

Empty the contents into a saucepan, and heat until just boiling, stirring occasionally.  Simmer for 2 minutes. Do not allow to boil fiercely. Ensure piping hot before serving.

 

 

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

All instructions are from de-frosted. Preferably de-frost overnight in the fridge.  All appliances vary, cooking instructions are guidelines only.  Check the food is piping hot throughout before serving.  We cannot guarantee this food is suitable for food allergy sufferers.

 

 

Naan

Already cooked. Sprinkle with water and defrost in microwave for 1 minute, full power for 1 or 2 minutes. Or leave to defrost and warm in oven, sprinkled with water.

 

Ciabatta

Already cooked. Defrost in microwave for 1 minute, full power for 1 minute. Or leave to defrost and warm in oven.

 

Focaccia

Already cooked. Defrost in microwave for 1 minute, full power for 1 minute. Or leave to defrost and warm in oven, sprinkled with water.

 

Flatbreads

Already cooked. Cook from frozen on full power in microwave for 30 seconds.
